I’ve been strength training at PulseGym in Greenwich for the past two years only because a dear friend of mine had great success after almost losing a leg from a severe accident. 
Without a doubt KAATSU has increased my strength and stamina.  I also know for certain that it has also improved my circulation.
For years I suffered tremendous foot pain and cramping to the point where I couldn’t continue to wear certain shoes. 
I now have no shoe limitations and don’t have to rely on ibuprofen to deal with the pain that I used to experience daily.
As an active 80 year old, I highly recommend Chris’s high intensity strength training program for anyone that wants to increase their strength and flexibility.
