TPI utilizes the SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment) approach to determine a golfer’s musculoskeletal dysfunctions. TPI believes that altered motor control leads to compensations that cause injury. While using golf-specific movement screens, mobility and stability problems are identified. Once these movement abnormalities are uncovered, workout sessions are focused on injury rehabilitation and proper motor control restoration.

Slow-motion strength training started out as “SuperSlow” and has changed names over the years–Power of 10, Body by Science, SlowBurn, 90-Second Fitness, etc. HIT has also been featured in Tim Ferriss’s popular book, “Four Hour Body”. These 30-minute private workouts on Medx machines use slow & controlled movement speeds so your muscles safely reach exhaustion.
